April 13, 2006 Audatex became Solera Inc. corporation member. Solera Inc. is a technology services and consulting company providing services to insurance companies and other companies involved in loss adjustment process. Solera will seek to further strengthen Audatex positions around the world and are willing to invest in technology and new service development and implementation
