In recent years, the Audatex damage calculation system has undergone significant changes. We have transitioned from off-line solutions to modern on-line solutions, and the OnePad graphical interface has been replaced by Qapter, which operates using HTML technology. We have also expanded the range of available vehicle makes and models (to over 300), including hybrid and electric vehicles. Along with the development of the system, the way knowledge about using Audatex has also evolved. Based on customer satisfaction surveys completed after each training session, as well as feedback gathered during sales meetings and other discussions with our clients, we decided to introduce substantial changes to our training approach. What do these changes involve?

We have introduced a new training level - Beginner, designed for users with no prior experience. This level had been missing from our training structure, which was particularly noticeable during Intermediate training sessions attended by both experienced users seeking to organize their knowledge and newcomers whose goal was to become familiar with the system and gain their first experience in damage calculation. The Beginner level allows us to focus exclusively on the needs of new users, while those already familiar with the basics of Audatex can pursue their training objectives at the Intermediate level.

The Intermediate and Advanced levels remain unchanged, with the distinction that the Intermediate level is intended for users who already have basic experience with Audatex - either graduates of the Beginner training or professionals who have acquired the necessary skills through everyday work.

A new addition to our training portfolio is the Master level. Our ambition was to organize training sessions in workshop-like conditions, enabling Audatex users to practically verify and refine their skills. The Master training focuses on accurate repair cost calculation, ensuring that estimates properly reflect actual labor, tools, and material costs. This level is dedicated to advanced users who wish to further develop their competencies based on the experience of other participants, as well as guidance from experienced Audatex trainers.

Another important change is the introduction of a limited validity period for Audatex certificates, which are issued upon successful completion of the final exam at each training level - from Beginner, through Intermediate and Advanced, to Master. This decision results from the dynamic development of the automotive industry and the continuous evolution of Audatex products. We believe that time-limited certificates will encourage users to systematically deepen their knowledge and keep their competencies up to date. Users at the Advanced and Master levels will additionally have the opportunity to refresh their knowledge, become familiar with the latest system updates, and acquire skills in estimating repair costs for new vehicle types that are continuously being added to the Audatex database. As of today, we can clearly state that Audatex certificates issued before June 2017, i.e. prior to the transition from the OnePad module to Qapter, no longer reflect the scope of knowledge required for effective use of the Audatex system.

General Training information:
 

On-site training courses are delivered by qualified Audatex instructors with many years of experience in vehicle damage assessment, extensive training practice, and in-depth knowledge of our products.

The modern training format and delivery method, supported by up-to-date presentation tools and original training materials, ensure that participants acquire practical skills in using Audatex products.

During the training sessions, participants also gain access to unique supporting materials and have the opportunity to ask questions covering various areas, including automotive engineering and vehicle repair technologies.

On-site Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, as well as supplementary training courses are organized for groups of at least 5 participants (maximum 15 participants). Training sessions are held at Audatex premises (Warsaw / Poznań) or, upon request, at a location specified by the client, provided that the minimum number of participants is met.

As part of on-site training conducted at our premises (Warsaw / Poznań), the following are included in the training fee:

• Unique training materials;
• A course completion diploma - - issued upon successful completion of the final exam; in the case of an unsuccessful exam result, a certificate of attendance is provided;
• Lunch;
• Coffee service.

The training fee does not include accommodation costs.

Types of stationary training courses:

• Beginner 
• Intermediate
• Advanced
• Master
• Individual training sessions focused on the use of Audatex products
• Tailored consultations addressing topics related to or associated with Audatex products (e.g. Info-Ekspert, painting techniques and technologies, vehicle identification).

Organisational information:
 

Training courses are primarily organized at Audatex Polska premises, as well as in cities where our Partners are located or - upon request - at the Client's premises.

We also offer dedicated training programs for organized user groups, such as insurance companies, appraisal and craft organizations, and dealer networks.
