Audatex Polska Sp. z o.o.
Audatex established its business operations in Poland in 1997. Audatex Deutschland Datenverabeitungs GmbH (90%) and Audatex Holding GmbH (10%) are the shareholders. The share capital accounts for 1.000.000 PLN.
At the time when Audatex established business in Poland, its products were already known and partly used on the market. The development of the Polish version had been in progress for some time. Not only was the language itself developed, but also the Polish car park, e.g. Polonez, Deawoo Tico and Lublin had been included in the database.
Audatex got involved in changing the claims management market, providing the unique product for repair calculations based on producers' data that regarded costs of labour and spare parts as well as the AZT's method of paint cost assessment. The market accepted the claims settlement that followed the producers' standards.
The insurers implemented the appropriate regulations in their General Terms and Conditions. The bodyshops also accepted this way of claims settlement.
Audatex approaches each claim individually. The professional knowledge of the person that carries out the inspection should go hand in hand with the producers' standards concerning labour time and repair technology.
