In recent years, the Audatex claims calculation system has changed a lot, we have moved from off-line to on-line solutions, we have changed the graphics of OnePad to a modern Qapter working in HTML technology. We have expanded the range of available makes and types of vehicles (300), including hybrid and electric vehicles. Over the years, we have also changed the system of sharing knowledge on how to use Audatex. Now, however, based on customer satisfaction surveys, which we received after each training course, as well as information that we obtained from our customers during business meetings and conversations on other occasions, we decided to make major changes in the approach to training. What are they?

We have opened a new level of Basic training for a complete beginner. We have always lacked this level; we felt it during the first level training courses, often attended by experienced users who wanted to systematise their knowledge about the possibilities offered by Audatex, and complete beginners, whose aim was to familiarise themselves with the system and gain first experience in calculating claims. A new level of Basic training will allow us to satisfy the former group, i.e. beginner users. The latter group, knowing the basics of Audatex, will be able to carry out their own plans during the First level training.

First and Second Level Training levels remain unchanged except that First Level Training will apply to experienced users who have completed Basic Training or have acquired Audatex skills in their professional careers.

NOVELTY

The Third level training is a novelty. Our ambition was to organise training courses under workshop conditions, where Audatex users could verify and improve their Audatex skills in battle, so that the calculation of repair costs was made in a way that was adequate to the amount of work, tools and materials. This training course is dedicated to experienced users who want to improve their skills during workshops based on the experiences of other participants, as well as the guidance of experienced Audatex trainers.

Practical training in the bodyshop - day 2

Another change that we have introduced is the fixed term of validity of Audatex diplomas, which we issue after passing the final exam at each level of training. We resolved to make this change due to the dynamic development of the automotive industry as well as Audatex products. We decided that the validity of our diplomas will be determined by expanding the knowledge of Audatex system users from the basic to the advanced level. Advanced users will have the opportunity to refresh their knowledge and learn more about the changes made in the Audatex system, as well as acquire the ability to calculate cost estimates for new types of vehicles added to the constantly growing Audatex database. At the moment we can say that the Audatex diplomas issued before June 2017, i.e. before changing the OnePad module to Qapter, do not reflect the scope of the knowledge required to use Audatex.
