Solera acquires CAP Automotive; the leading supplier of vehicle evaluations (at present as well), residual values and specifications for new and used cars in Great Britain. -
Solera acquires Autosoft S.r.l. the company that provides solutions for claims processes in Italy. -
Audatex Poland implemented the following new services: - AudaVin Plus – a car identification with the detailed data regarding the car's factory fitted options;
- AudaMobile – an application that makes it possible to prepare a calculation on the mobile equipment – tablet.

Solera acquires HyperQuest, Inc.; the company that provides solutions for the claims processes on the U.S. market. -
Audatex Poland introduces new communication platform that streamline the claims process. We implemented the following services based on this platform: - AudaExpress – streamlines the calculation of the simplified claims;
- AudaAudyt – helps to verify the estimate verification.

2009 | Solera takes over AutoOnline, a leading European eSalvage vehicle exchange platform which brings together buyers and sellers of salvage vehicles. Solera posts revenue of $557,7 million. |
2008 | Solera Holding operate in 50 countries across 6 continents. Solera's global annual revenue accounts for $ 539,9 million. |
2007 | Solera Holdings, Inc.(NYSE: SLH) completes initial $420 million public offering. Audatex enters additional 14 countries. |
2006 | Solera Holdings, Inc. Together with leading U.S. private equity company GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC acquires ADP Claims Services Group – the owner of Audatex. |
2004 | ADP Claims Services Group takes over ABZ, the Audatex partner in the Netherlands. |
1998 | ADP Claims Services Group purchases Audatex and expands its operations in Europe, Africa and Middle East, in additional 16 new countries. In the United States an automated business process application is implemented. |
1997 | Audatex establishes its operations in Poland. |
